I aim to support my clients throughout the personnel decision-making process, from preparation to follow-up. These assignments always follow a framework: The decisive factor is whether a person, with their personality structure, fits into the specific company environment, consisting of organizational structure, team(s), (leadership) culture, and role requirements.

Coaching
Coaching focuses on the client's concerns and how to best support them in successfully addressing the issue. Various techniques help to identify patterns, expand options for action, and utilize resources effectively. The frequency of sessions is determined individually.

Workshop
I offer one-day workshops for managers (max. 12 participants) where the focus is on achieving the desired goal. The agenda is agreed upon in advance.
The workshops are designed to be interactive, combining structured discussions with shifts in perspective and short working phases in small groups. A particularly important component is the concluding session, which includes clear results, insights, and impulses for everyday work. Participants receive a written summary with clearly defined action plans, including timelines and next steps.
