Before founding Tostmann The Executive Finder, Astrid Tostmann worked for Heidrick & Struggles International in the Frankfurt office from 1998 to 2009, and as a partner in the Financial Services division since 2007. She was also Practice Managing Partner for Legal, Risk & Compliance in Germany and EMEA.
Astrid studied in Freiburg, Hamburg and at the Université Paul-Valéry, Montpellier. She is a lawyer and completed a parallel degree in business administration. Astrid started her professional career with a trainee program at Gruner+Jahr, Hamburg. She then worked there as a project manager in the "Marketing, Research & Services" department before moving into personnel consulting. Astrid Tostmann is fluent in English and French.
